Clean lobby but disappointing rooms

The lobby was well maintained and the staff was friendly, which was a relief after experiencing the poor conditions in our room. Unfortunately, the room itself was not clean. there were bugs and it looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. It's a budget option, but I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're really in a pinch.

Positive, I stayed three nights in a Queen Room Non-Smoking. The room was clean and spacious. It had comfortable bedding and modern amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing great service. Coffee was available all day in the lobby. ☕

The room I stayed in was supposed to be non-smoking, but the odor was unbearable. The floor hadn't been cleaned, and I found hair in the sink. Additionally, the air conditioner was malfunctioning, and worst of all, there were bloodstains on the sheets. It's hard to believe such a room could be offered to guests.
